Terms and Conditions for Skill Quiz

Airbac Labs skill Quiz is designed to test the knowledge of the participants (the “participant(s)”). The quiz competition will be held in accordance with these official Rules(The “Rules”) of this Competition listed hereinafter:

Participants for “Airbac labs Skill Quiz” Constitutes your acceptance of these official rules:

1.Organiser:The Quiz is organised by Airbac labs private Limited

2.Eligibility for participating in this quiz: The Quiz is  only for Computer science and  Engineering Students who are currently studying (1st Year CSE , 2nd Year CSE 3rd Year CSE, and 4th Year CSE)

 

3.Binding Agreement: This Quiz is being held in the college virtually only with the permission of college management (The Principal of the college (or) The Head of the Department (or) any other Management Representative).In Order to enter the Quiz entrant must accept the official Rules(“Rules”). The Rules consists of 

i.The terms and conditions on the webpage;

ii.The terms and conditions on the entry page. The participant should read

 this agreement carefully prior to entry to ensure that He/She understands and

 agrees.  

4.Quiz Competition: The Quiz will consist of 35 Questions for the participants to answer.

5.Time: There is a time limit for submitting the answers. Quiz will be started exactly on time (time  and date will be fixed and informed by the college representative (The Principal of the college (or) The Head of the Department (or) any other Management Representative)). The Duration of Quiz is 15 minutes. Winner of the quiz will be sorted out from the submissions which were done within the 15 minutes after starting the quiz.

6.Selection of Winners: In Order to be eligible for rewards, a participant must submit the following details: Full Name of the student, Roll no of the student, mobile no of the student, email id of the student, branch and year of the student. And complete the quiz within 15 minutes the winner will be chosen among these participants based on whoever achieved a high score in the shortest span of time.

7.Score Valuation: Total questions in the quiz are 35 each question carries 5 points so the total score will be 175. Each correct answer adds 5 points, each wrong answer deducted 2.5 points from the score.(ex:A guy answered 20 questions correctly and 5 questions incorrectly. So his score will be (20*5)-(5*2.5)=87.5 points).

8.Prize Details:Prize details for each year(1st year,2nd year,3rd year,4th year) will be announced separately.

9.Privacy:participants agree the personal data submitted with an entry including name, email address,phone number,college name and year of studying may be collected,processed,stored and otherwise used by Airbac labs private limited for the purpose of conducting and administering the quiz. By entering the quiz participants agree to the transmission, processing, disclosing and storage of  this personal data by Airbac labs private limited,its affiliates and consultants.

10.Publicity:By entering the competition the participants and attendees permit themselves to use the contact details for promoting and updating the courses,workshops,hackathons,bootcamps,internships,job alerts and other related information.

11.Internet and Disclaimer:Airbac labs and its consultant are not responsible for any malfunction of the entire quiz site (or) any late,lossed,damaged,missdirected,incomplete,illegible,undeliverable,answers to system errors,failed,incomplete or garbled computer or other telecommunication transmission malfunctions,network connectivity problems, hardware software failure of any kind.

12.RIGHT TO CANCEL, MODIFY OR DISQUALIFY: If for any reason the Quiz is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Quiz, Airbac labs reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Quiz. Airbaclabs further reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant who tampers with the submission process or any other part of the Quiz or Quiz Site.

13.FORUM AND RECOURSE TO JUDICIAL PROCEDURES: This Quiz is governed by the laws of India, and only the courts of Nandyal, Andhra Pradesh State. will have exclusive jurisdiction to try any dispute arising from this Quiz. By participating in this Quiz, you agree to be bound by the terms of these Rules and by Airbaclabs Pvt ltd. decisions, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Quiz. If any provision(s) of these Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect, to the extent permitted by law, the rights to litigate, seek injunctive relief or make any other recourse to judicial or any other procedure in case of disputes or claims resulting from or in connection with this Quiz are hereby excluded.
